N-B Video: Fourth-generation family corn dog stand a fair staple for 66 years

The corn dog stand that sets up at the northeast corner of Main and Market streets during the Bluffton Free Street Fair has been a fair staple for 66 years.

The current stand was built in 1961. To celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2008, it was updated with a fresh coat of paint.

The food is made with the same recipe and process as it was in 1948.

Watch the video to see fourth-generation stand operator Farah Mumma, her husband Tony, and Tonya Ward – who herself has been working at the stand for 15 years – in action. (Video by Jessica Williams)
