Wells County Girl Scouts scored a fifth-place win in the non-profit category. Terri Bridegan and Kala Stevens (back) and Loretta and Kristy Bridegan, accepted the award from Grand Marshalls Joe and Barb Smekens and Fair Board President Jon Brown.
